Prima Plastics Rectifies Effective Date of Scheme of Demerger

Prima Plastics Ltd. has issued a rectification notice to update the effective date of the Scheme of Demerger between Prima Plastics Limited and Prima Innovation Limited. The effective date has been changed from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2026. The Record Date for determining the shareholders of the Company to whom equity shares of the Resulting Company would be allotted has been fixed as April 17, 2026. All other information remains unchanged.
