GRP Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Year Ended 31st March, 2026

GRP Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in securities of GRP Limited and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The trading window will remain closed from the end of business hours of 31st March, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of declaration of the audited financial results is yet to be informed. All Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
