Corporate Merchant Bankers Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Corporate Merchant Bankers Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for purchasing, selling, or dealing in the company's equity shares. The closure is in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Practices, Procedure and Conduct. The trading window will be closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and Insiders from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration and publication of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026.
