Wipro Ltd Subsidiary Transfers Entire Shareholding in Capco Consulting Services LLC to Another Subsidiary

Wipro Ltd announced that its step-down subsidiary, Cardinal US Holdings, Inc., has transferred its entire shareholding in Capco Consulting Services LLC to another step-down subsidiary, The Capital Markets Company, LLC, effective March 30, 2026 (Eastern Time). The restructuring is aimed at rationalizing and simplifying the overall group structure. There is no benefit to the promoter/promoter group/group companies from this internal restructuring. The ownership structure of Capco Consulting Services LLC is now fully held by The Capital Markets Company, LLC.
