Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd. has submitted a disclosure regarding an Order passed by the Office of the Superintendent, Central GST Commissionerate, Raigad under Section 74 of CGST Act 2017 and Rules made thereunder against Aeroflex Industries Limited, its subsidiary.
