Varun Daga Family Trust Acquires 6.85% Stake in Orbit Exports Ltd

Varun Daga Family Trust has disclosed the acquisition of 6.85% stake in Orbit Exports Ltd. The acquisition was made by Varun Daga Family Trust, Shreans Daga Family Trust, and Kanchan Daga, who together hold 3.01%, 3.00%, and 0.84% stake respectively. The total stake held by these trusts is 6.85%. The acquisition was made on March 27, 2026. The total paid-up equity share capital of Orbit Exports Ltd is Rs. 26,51,11,520 comprising of 2,65,11,152 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
