Powerica Ltd has authorised its Group Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ritesh Kumar Agrawal, and Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Ms. Anita Praful Renuse, as Key Managerial Personnel for determining materiality of an event or information and for making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
