Satani Bearings Ltd Reschedules Board Meeting to Consider Sub-division of Equity Shares and Object Clause Change

Satani Bearings Ltd has informed the BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors, originally scheduled on a certain date, has been rescheduled to April 02, 2026. The rescheduling is due to the inclusion of additional agenda items, namely the consideration and approval of sub-division of Equity Shares and a proposal for change in the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. The Board will also consider previously intimated items at the rescheduled meeting.
