Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd Declares Final Dividend of Rs. 7/- per Share and Approves Bonus Issue

Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd has declared a final dividend of Rs. 7/- per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM. The company has also approved an increase in authorized share capital and a bonus issue of one new fully paid-up equity share for every one existing share, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
