Lyka Labs Ltd Announces Sanction of Scheme of Amalgamation with Lyka Exports Ltd

Lyka Labs Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Lyka Exports Limited with Lyka Labs Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors, has been sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench. The certified true copy of the order was received on 24th March, 2026 and the Scheme has become effective from Wednesday, 8th April, 2026. The Appointed Date for the Scheme is 01st April, 2022. The authorized share capital of the Company has been increased to the extent of the aggregate authorized share capital of Transferor Company upon effectiveness of the Scheme.
