Magnum makes open offer for 26% of Kwality Walls at ₹21.33/share

Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited has received a Letter of Offer from The Magnum Ice Cream Company HoldCo 1 Netherlands B.V. and its associates for an open offer. The offer aims to acquire up to 61,08,93,729 equity shares, constituting 26.00% of Kwality Walls' voting share capital. Public shareholders are offered ₹21.33 per equity share in cash. This offer complies with SEBI Takeover Regulations and is not conditional on minimum acceptance. The acquirer reserves the right to revise the offer price or size before the tendering period commences.
