Emerald Leisures gets LOI for Chembur SRA project, ₹600 Cr GDV

Emerald Leisures Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) dated April 10, 2026, for an SRA redevelopment project in Chembur, Mumbai. The project, on a 6299 sq.mtrs plot, is expected to yield a carpet area of approximately 1,75,000 sq.ft. and has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹600 crores. This marks a strategic milestone for the company's diversification into the real estate business, with plans to expand its footprint rapidly and aim for 50% of future growth from such projects. The residential project will offer 2, 3, and 4 BHK flats.
