Avantel Ltd. to Approve Audited Financial Results for FY2026 and Consider Dividend Recommendation

Avantel Ltd. has announced a Board of Directors meeting on April 26, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting will also consider a proposal for the recommendation of a final dividend for the FY2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
