Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd Announces Changes in Senior Management

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, with BSE Scrip Code 541154 and NSE Symbol HAL, has announced changes in its senior management in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The changes are as follows: Shri Shishir Kumar Patra has been appointed as the CEO of MiG Complex effective from 1st April 2026, while Shri Saket Chaturvedi, the current CEO of MiG Complex, will superannuate on 31st March 2026.
