Andhra Cements' Board Approves Merger with Holding Company Sagar Cements

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of Andhra Cements Ltd at its meeting held on 30th March, 2026, has given in-principle approval for the proposed merger of Andhra Cements Limited with its holding company Sagar Cements Limited. The merger is subject to necessary approvals from the regulators and other concerned authorities.
