Golden Legand Leasing & Finance Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Jaspal Singh Sidhu as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Mr. Ajeet Singh Rathore as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, and the re-appointment of Mr. Hemendra Sharma as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
