Aveer Foods Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all promoters, members of the promoter group, designated persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026.
