NMDC Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q4 2026 Results

NMDC Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from 1st April 2026 until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2026.
