Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd has received an order from the Additional Commissioner, CGST Commissionerate, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, demanding GST of INR 15,35,60,917, penalty of INR 15,35,60,917, and applicable interest. The demand relates to alleged incorrect classification of certain goods supplied to a distinct GSTIN under the same PAN of the Company, resulting in short payment of GST.
