Prism Johnson Ltd Divests Entire Stake in Three Wholly Owned Subsidiaries

Prism Johnson Ltd has divested its entire equity shareholding in three wholly owned subsidiaries: Venkataramiah Tile Bath Kitchen Private Limited, Samiyaz Tile Bath Kitchen Private Limited, and Tescon Buildcon Private Limited. The sale was completed on March 30, 2026, with consideration received amounting to Rs. 4,31,932 from Venkataramiah Tile Bath Kitchen Private Limited, Rs. 6,48,510 from Samiyaz Tile Bath Kitchen Private Limited, and Rs. 10,000 from Tescon Buildcon Private Limited. The buyers, Mr. Siddharth Khanna and Mr. Nitin Singrodia, are not part of the promoter/promoter group/group companies. This transaction is not a related party transaction and is not part of a Scheme of Arrangement.
