Trading Window Closed for Response Informatics Ltd Until 48 Hours After Q4 Results

Response Informatics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. The company has also ensured freezing the PAN of all the Designated Persons (‘DPs”) and their immediate relatives during the period of trading window closure as per the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated 19th July, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial results will be intimated in due course.
