According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Mr. Vijay Kumar Thadani has acquired 639,328 shares of Thrive Future Habitats Ltd, representing 4.07% of the company's total voting rights. This acquisition was made through a preferential allotment. The total equity share capital of the company before the acquisition was Rs. 11,31,95,810 divided into 1,13,19,581 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each. Post-acquisition, the total equity share capital of the company is Rs. 20,63,19,450 divided into 206,351,945 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each. This dilutes the total voting rights of the company.
