NIBE Ltd completes divestment of Nibe Aeronautics; 15.2 lakh shares sold

NIBE Ltd announced the completion of the share transfer for Nibe Aeronautics Limited (NAL). Following an earlier intimation on March 30, 2026, Nibe Defence and Aerospace Limited (NDAL), a subsidiary of NIBE Ltd, sold 15,20,000 equity shares of NAL to Mr. Ganesh Nibe. The transfer was finalized on April 09, 2026. Consequently, NAL has ceased to be a subsidiary of NDAL and, by extension, is no longer a step-down subsidiary of NIBE Ltd. This transaction marks the full divestment of NAL from the NIBE group structure.
