Tipco Engineering India Ltd Authorizes Key Managerial Personnel to Determine Materiality of Events

In accordance with Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Board of Directors of Tipco Engineering India Ltd has authorized the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) to determine the materiality of an event or information for disclosure purposes. The KMPs authorized are Ritesh Sharma, the Managing Director, and Kirti Jain, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The decision was made in terms of Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
