Trading Window Closure Announced by One Global Service Provider Ltd for Audited Financial Results

One Global Service Provider Limited (Formerly known as Overseas Synthetics Limited) has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for the Designated Persons, Connected Persons, and Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the company and its subsidiaries. The closure will commence from 01st April, 2026 till the declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31stMarch, 2026 and two days thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course of time.
