Kushal Chaturvedi Acquires 2.35 Lakh Shares of Viksit Engineering Ltd, Exceeding 5% Shareholding

Kushal Chaturvedi has acquired 2,35,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Viksit Engineering Limited, amounting to INR 23,50,000. This acquisition was made pursuant to a Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, on February 11, 2025. The acquisition has resulted in Chaturvedi's shareholding in Viksit Engineering Limited exceeding 5% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the company.
