Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd Enters into Definitive Agreements with Avitis Super Speciality Hospitals for ₹29,75,00,000 Operations and Management

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd (KIMS), through its wholly-owned subsidiary KIMS Swastha Private Limited, has entered into definitive agreements with Avitis Super Speciality Hospitals Private Limited for the operations and management of a 210-bedded facility in Palakkad, Kerala. The agreement, worth ₹29,75,00,000, includes a sub-lease deed for the land and hospital building. KIMS will pay Avitis a minimum guarantee of Rs.22,00,000 per month or 4% of the total net revenues, whichever is higher. This agreement will strengthen the KIMS brand's presence in a new city in Kerala and provide Avitis with expert management for operational efficiency and high-quality medical care.
