Palash Securities Ltd: New Managing Director Appointed, Audit Committee Reconstituted

Palash Securities Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Suraj Kumar Agrawal as the new Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from 30th March, 2026. Mr. Agrawal will serve a term of 3 years, subject to shareholder approval. Following the cessation of Mr. Chand Bihari Patodia as Managing Director, the Audit Committee has been reconstituted with Mr. Agrawal as a Member. The company has also authorized key managerial personnel to determine materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges.
