Kumbhat Financial Services Ltd Completes Inter-se Transfer of Shares Among Promoters

Kumbhat Financial Services Ltd has completed the inter-se transfer of shares among its promoters. The transfer was carried out among the promoter group by way of gifts and not exceeding the price limit mentioned under Regulation 10(1) (a) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The transfer does not result in any change in control or management of the Company. Certain promoters who have transferred their entire shareholding have ceased to be shareholders.
