RDB Infrastructure And Power Ltd, in consortium with M/s Samvik Power Private Limited, has received a Notice of Award from Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran for allotment of an Industrial Plot for development of Solar Cell Manufacturing / Processing and allied Industry at Layer-II, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The project area is approximately 36.4569 acres with a land premium rate of Rs. 2,501/- per sq. mt. The lease will be executed within 90 days from the date of this Notice of Award and will be valid for 90 years, subject to revision of lease rent every 30 years. The total land premium is Rs. 36,89,77,192/-.
