String Metaverse Ltd (META | 534535) has announced that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Wednesday, 01st April 2026. This closure is in effect for the purpose of consideration and approval of the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The trading window will reopen after a 48-hour period following the declaration of the financial results. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be communicated separately.
