Trading Window Closure Announced by Ind Bank Housing Ltd for Directors and Designated Persons

Ind Bank Housing Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealings in listed securities (Shares) of the Company. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Clause 4(2) of the Schedule B of Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended. The trading window will be closed from 1st April 2026 for Directors/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company till expiry of forty-eight hours after declaration of Audited financial results by the Company for the year ended 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2026 is yet to be intimated.
