DCX Systems Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 and FY 2025-2026 Audited Financial Results

DCX Systems Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of Conduct'. The trading window is closed for designated persons/employees and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the financial results will be intimated separately.
