The deemed date of allotment is March 30, 2026, and the effective listing date was specified as March 31, 2026. However, due to March 31, 2026 being a trading holiday, the listing and trading of the shares will take effect from April 1, 2026, which shall be considered the effective listing date of the bonus shares.
