The Board of Directors of Lynx Machinery & Commercials Ltd announced the resignation of Tejal Nirav Shah, an Independent Director, effective from 1st April 2026. The resignation is due to her pre-occupation and personal reasons. There are no other material reasons for her resignation. Tejal Nirav Shah was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Lynx Machinery & Commercials Ltd and also served as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder's Relationship Committee. She is also an Independent Director at Abhinandan Enterprises and Shri Gurudev En-Trade Limited. The Board of Directors thanked her for her cooperation and support throughout her tenure.
