Nexus Select Trust to Acquire Diamond Plaza, Kolkata for INR 347.5 Crores

Nexus Select Trust has announced its intention to acquire Diamond Plaza, Kolkata, owned by M/s. Super Diamond Enterprises, a partnership firm. The acquisition will be made through Nexusmalls Whitefield Private Limited, the Trust's SPV, for a consideration of INR 347.5 Crores. The acquisition is expected to expand the Trust's presence in Eastern India and optimize the use of the Mall Asset. The Trust has also approved the appointment of Ms. Lopamudra Bidwata Panda as valuer and M/s Savills Property Services (India) Private Limited for industry assessment services.
