Fratelli Vineyards Ltd: Re-Appointment of Gaurav Sekhri as Managing Director and Appointment of Monika Gupta as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer

Fratelli Vineyards Ltd, formerly known as Tinna Trade Limited, has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Gaurav Sekhri as Managing Director for a further period of five years, subject to approval of the Members of the Company. The appointment will take effect from 01st April 2026. Additionally, Mrs. Monika Gupta has been appointed as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer. The appointments were approved at the Board Meeting held on 03rd April 2026.
