Pricol Ltd, in compliance with Regulation 31(4) and (5) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, has received declarations from its promoters regarding encumbrance on shares during the Financial year 2025-2026. The promoters who have submitted the declarations are Mr.Vijay Mohan, Mrs.Vanitha Mohan, Mr.Vikram Mohan, Mr.Viren Mohan, Ms.Madhura Mohan, Ms.Manasa Mohan, M/s. Shrimay Enterprises Private Limited, M/s. Pricol Holdings Private Limited, M/s. Pricol Engineering Industries Private Limited, and M/s. Pricol Logistics Private Limited. All promoters have declared that they have not made any encumbrance on shares of Pricol Limited held by them, either directly or indirectly, other than those already disclosed, if any, during the financial year (2025-2026).
