Nova Agritech Ltd: No Shares Encumbered by Promoters for FY 2025-26

Nova Agritech Ltd has disclosed the annual encumbrance for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. According to the disclosures from the promoters Kiran Kumar Atukuri, Malathi S, Suraksha Agri Retails (India) Pvt Ltd, and Yeluri Family Trust, no shares were encumbered during the FY 2025-26. This declaration is made by the promoters and promoter group including persons acting in concert. The details of shareholding of promoter & promoter group are provided in Annexure A.
