Astonea Labs Ltd has acquired approximately 25.74% of the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital of Damaira Pharmaceuticals Private Limited for INR 6.25 Crores. The acquisition was approved by the Board of Directors and shareholders of Astonea Labs. The transaction was based on the Net Asset Value (NAV) method under the Cost Approach. Damaira Pharmaceuticals is a private limited company engaged in the pharmaceutical business with an approximate turnover of INR 82.48 crore.
