Aayush Wellness Ltd Appoints Dinesh Dhangare and Kashiram Jadhav as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors

Aayush Wellness Ltd has appointed Mr. Dinesh Dhangare and Mr. Kashiram Jadhav as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors. The appointments were approved at the Board Meeting held on Tuesday, 31st March 2026. Mr. Dinesh Dhangare is a graduate with knowledge of business and corporate practices, while Mr. Kashiram Jadhav has several years of experience in administration and operations. Both directors are not related to any existing directors and are not debarred from holding the office pursuant to any SEBI order or any other authority.
