Amit Halvawala, a Promoter Group member, has acquired 18,000 shares carrying voting rights in Trident Lifeline Ltd, according to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. This represents a 0.15% stake in the company. The total equity shares of the company stand at 1,19,33,000, with a total voting capital of Rs. 11,93,30,000/-. After the acquisition, the total diluted share/voting capital of the company is Rs. 12,49,34,000/-.
