Cyient Ltd Announces Management Changes: Shrinivas Kulkarni as CFO and Prabhakar Atla as COO

Cyient Ltd has announced changes in its management. Mr. Shrinivas Kulkarni will take over as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Mr. Prabhakar Atla will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective 1st April 2026. Kulkarni, who has been with the company for a significant period, has led the finance function and has a rich experience in Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Treasury, Taxation, M&A and Investor Relations. Atla, on the other hand, brings nearly 30 years of Business and P&L Leadership experience with a focus on Technology and Engineering. He has expertise across multiple industry segments and spanning multiple geographies.
