Santosh Fine Fab: Subhash R Tulsiyan Discloses Share Holding as on 31 March 2026

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Mr. Subhash R Tulsiyan, on behalf of the Promoter Group, has furnished a disclosure of shareholding as on 31st March 2026. The disclosure was made to the Target company. It is important to note that no encumbrance of shares, directly or indirectly, was made by any member of the promoter and Promoter Group during the specified period.
