Adani Enterprises Ltd Announces Effective Date of Composite Scheme of Arrangement

Adani Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Composite Scheme of Arrangement among Adani Green Technology Limited, Adani Emerging Businesses Private Limited, Adani Enterprises Limited, Adani Tradecom Limited and Adani New Industries Limited has become effective from April 01, 2026. This scheme was sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench on March 16, 2026. As a result of this scheme, AGTL and AEBPL have been amalgamated with the Company, and ATL has been amalgamated with ANIL. The appointed date for the purposes of the Composite Scheme is also April 01, 2026.
