Three Independent Directors of Oil India Ltd Cease Tenure

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Oil India Ltd has announced that three of its Independent Directors, namely Shri Balram Nandwani, Shri Raju Revanakar, and Ms. Pooja Suri, have completed their tenure on 27th March 2026. Consequently, they have ceased to be Independent Directors of the company (OIL) and Ms. Pooja Suri has also ceased to be an Independent Director of Numaligarh Refinery Limited, a material subsidiary of OIL, as her position was co-terminus with her tenure on the Board of OIL.
