KD Leisures Ltd Proposes Name Change to Vishwakalyan Global Limited

The Board of Directors of KD Leisures Limited has proposed a change of name to Vishwakalyan Global Limited, subject to approval from the Central Registration Centre, Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, shareholders, and the Central Government. The decision was made at a meeting held on February 05th, 2026, and the alteration of the relevant clauses of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
