Havells India Ltd. to Approve Q4 and FY2026 Financial Results on 22nd April

Havells India Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 22nd April, 2026 to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The meeting will also recommend the Final Dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. In compliance with the SEBI regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the company for persons specified under the Code is closed since 1st April, 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting.
