Marico Ltd Announces Changes in Senior Management Personnel: Pawan Agrawal to Lead Overall International Business

Marico Ltd has announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Pawan Agrawal, currently the Group CFO and CEO International Business: Rest of South Asia and SE Asia, will take on the expanded responsibility of leading the overall international business of Marico as the Group CFO and Chief Executive Officer – International Business. Mr. Binjit Kadakapcedlikayal and Mr. Ryan Bartram, currently categorized as SMPs, will cease to be SMPs and their reporting structure will move under the ambit of CEO - International Business. These changes will be effective from April 1, 2026.
