ATV Projects India Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q1 2026

ATV Projects India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees, and Connected Persons. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the clarification given by BSE Limited. The trading window will remain closed from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course.
